Elsmore is a city in Allen County, Kansas, United States. As of the 2010 census, the population of Elsmore was 77. It is located in southeastern Kansas, about 100 miles southeast of Wichita. Elsmore was founded in 1886 and named after one of its early settlers, Robert Elsmore. The town's economy is based on agriculture, with corn, soybeans, wheat, and cattle as the main commodities produced. Elsmore has an elementary school and a public library. The town is also home to several churches, including a Methodist Church and a Baptist Church.
